The Good

  • Display
  • Slope Option
  • Design
  • Accuracy
  • Club Selector

The Bad

  • None

Display: The differentiator for the Leupold Gx-4Ia2 rangefinder is its Red OLED display. Unlike the normal LCD screens on other rangefinders, this crystal-clear display is a cut above the rest and will deliver an unparalleled look at the course.
Slope Option: While some products offer golfers a chance to view the slope of certain shots, this function renders the model illegal for tournament use. With a removable chip that reads the slope, you can still use this rangefinder during tournament play or stick with the original design.
Design: While other products may boast an extremely efficient and ergonomic design, it’s tough to match this model. With every part and component serving a specific purpose and adding to the value of this rangefinder, it almost seems over-designed! Right out of the box, you can feel how durable this model is. Unlike other products, it’s also weather-proof – this means waterproof and rainproof, not just resistant to the elements.
Accuracy: This model is accurate up to 700 yards thanks to its pin-hunting technology and extremely precise 6X magnification. With its crystal clear display and optimum accuracy to within 1/10th of a yard, you’ll be surprised at what this product is able to do for your game.
Club Selector: With its unique programming capabilities, you can set your club distances so that it tells you which club to use after getting your distance reading.
