2013 Pendlay Do-Win Crossfit Weightlifting Shoes

Single-Sole Design: Featuring a new and improved single-sole design, the Pendlay Do-Win weightlifting shoe is incredibly strong and flexible. This particular sole helps the form and overall effectiveness of your squats.
Durability: Combining real leather with heavy duty black nylon mesh throughout, the Pendlay Do-Win is one of the most durable weightlifting shoes on the market. The manufacturer also backs this model with a 90-day warranty.
Heel Height: The Pendlay Do-Win has a heel height of 19 mm, about 3/4 of an inch, which is the preferred height in Olympic lifting. This feature allows you to extend your knees further and lift heavier weight.
Slender Fit: The manufacturer recommends you purchase the Do-Win’s a half-size down from your normal training shoe, but some users with narrow feet still have problems. If you have wider feet, however, this is a great shoe for you.
Strap Problems: While the Pendlay Do-Win model features two straps to help with stability, some users said they didn’t feel the increased security.
