Electric & Manual Start: Having an electric start is a huge benefit, but the added convenience of optional pull start comes in handy if the Husqvarna ST131’s electric starter fails or if you want to save wear and tear on the starter.
Lightweight: Single stage machines tend to be lighter, but at 100 pounds, this machine is especially light, making it easy to maneuver and transport. With its lightweight and single hand operation, this nimble model is reliable, durable and easy to use.
Optional Headlight: Lighting is always good for dark winter days or those chilly nights when you have to get the job done by morning.
Plastic Chute: Snow blowers scoop up more than snow, and plastic stressed by thrown ice, rocks and other debris isn’t the best material for a snow blower chute.
Rubber Auger Blades: Rubber has its advantages, but augers undergo tremendous work loads, thus steel is always better.
